Our approach

How we turn information into something useful

The same four steps sit behind an article, a calculator or a product page.

  1. Understand the need

We start from a real question: something people ask us, or a gap in nutrition information for Indian food and settings.

  2. Review the evidence

We read the guidelines and the original studies, check every reference, and read the full paper when a number depends on it.

  3. Make something practical

An article, a calculator, a meal plan or a label people can use, in plain language and with its limits stated.

  4. Test, review, improve

Calculator rules are tested against thousands of reference cases before release, pages are checked on phones and for accessibility, and we correct what reviewers find.
